【摘要】：對普瑞巴林化學(xué)拆分過程進行研究.以S-(+)-扁桃酸為拆分劑對普瑞巴林消旋體進行化學(xué)拆分,采用HPLC法測定拆分過程中各組分含量,考察不同拆分條件下各組分含量變化的規(guī)律,得出普瑞巴林較佳拆分條件,并進行進一步的驗證試驗.基于該研究所獲得的較佳拆分條件重復(fù)性良好,所獲得的巴林含量可達99.5%以上,完全符合藥典要求,規(guī)模可達到每批次合格品不少于100 g.該研究為普瑞巴林工業(yè)化制備提供了有價值的理論研究依據(jù).
[Abstract]:Study on chemical separation process by S-. Pregabalin (+) - mandelic acid as resolution agent of pregabalin racemic chemical resolution, HPLC method was used to determine the content of each component in the separation process, the effects of different separation conditions component content changes, obtained better resolution of pregabalin conditions, and verified further testing. Based on the study of better separation conditions obtained with good reproducibility, can be more than 99.5% of Bahrain was obtained, fully meet the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the size of each batch of qualified products can reach no less than 100 g. for the study of Bahrain Puri industrialization preparation provides valuable theoretical basis for research.
