【摘要】：目的:研究不同基質(zhì)的氫化可的松軟膏經(jīng)糖尿病模型大鼠皮膚的透過性。方法:分別制備氫化可的松O/W型軟膏、水溶性基質(zhì)軟膏和油脂性基質(zhì)軟膏。取Wistar大鼠隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組和模型組,模型組大鼠ip給予鏈脲菌素(40 mg/kg)以復(fù)制糖尿病模型。采用Franz擴(kuò)散池透皮試驗(yàn)和高效液相色譜法,考察氫化可的松O/W型軟膏、水溶性基質(zhì)軟膏和油脂性基質(zhì)軟膏分別經(jīng)兩組大鼠皮膚的透過速率。結(jié)果:與正常對(duì)照組比較,氫化可的松O/W型軟膏和水溶性基質(zhì)軟膏經(jīng)模型組大鼠皮膚的透過速率明顯增加,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);氫化可的松油脂性基質(zhì)軟膏經(jīng)模型大鼠皮膚的透過速率差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:氫化可的松O/W型軟膏、水溶性基質(zhì)軟膏較易透過糖尿病模型大鼠皮膚;氫化可的松油脂性基質(zhì)軟膏不易透過糖尿病模型大鼠皮膚。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the transmissivity of hydrocortisone ointment with different substrates through the skin of diabetic rats. Methods: hydrocortisone O / W ointment was prepared respectively. Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal control group and model group. The model group was treated with streptozotocin 40 mg / kg, and the diabetic model was induced by Franz diffusion pool transdermal test and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The permeation rate of hydrocortisone O / W ointment, water-soluble matrix ointment and grease matrix ointment through rat skin was investigated. The penetration rate of hydrocortisone O / W ointment and water-soluble matrix ointment was significantly increased in the model group. There was no significant difference in the permeation rate of hydrocortisone grease matrix ointment through the skin of the model rats. Conclusion: hydrocortisone O/ W ointment and water-soluble matrix ointment can easily penetrate the skin of diabetic rats. Hydrocortisone fatty matrix ointment is not easy to penetrate the skin of diabetic rats.
