【摘要】：正[編者按]生物類似藥是繼原研生物制品之后進(jìn)入市場,在安全性、純度和效價上與原研生物制品具有高度相似性的新藥物。由于生物藥在治療某些嚴(yán)重威脅人類健康疾病時具有明顯的臨床優(yōu)勢,以原研生物藥質(zhì)量、安全性和有效性為基礎(chǔ)的生物類似藥的研發(fā),不僅可以降低生物藥研發(fā)失敗的風(fēng)險和經(jīng)費(fèi),也有助于提高生物藥的可獲得性,滿足病人用藥需求,故而受到廣泛的青睞,成為當(dāng)前的一個國際熱點(diǎn)。但是,與小分子仿制藥的單純復(fù)制不同,生物類似藥僅是高度相似,而非完全相同的高度復(fù)雜的大分子
