【摘要】：血腦屏障上存在的藥物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)體P-糖蛋白和乳腺癌耐藥蛋白可以將包括藥物在內(nèi)的小分子等排出大腦,發(fā)揮保護(hù)作用,但是也給腦部疾病的治療帶來(lái)困擾,藥物很難在腦內(nèi)達(dá)到有效的濃度,從而無(wú)法發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的藥效,是導(dǎo)致治療失敗的主要原因。本文主要對(duì)血腦屏障上的P-糖蛋白和乳腺癌耐藥蛋白的功能特點(diǎn)、研究方法和蛋白定量分析進(jìn)行了綜述。
[Abstract]:Drug transporters P- glycoprotein and breast cancer resistant proteins on the blood-brain barrier can drain small molecules, including drugs, out of the brain and play a protective role, but they also cause problems in the treatment of brain diseases. It is very difficult to reach the effective concentration in the brain, which is the main cause of the failure of treatment. This paper mainly deals with the functional characteristics of P- glycoprotein and breast cancer resistance protein on the blood-brain barrier. The research methods and protein quantitative analysis were reviewed.
