【摘要】：PDCA循環(huán)是全面質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng)應(yīng)遵循的科學(xué)程序。我院參照中國(guó)藥學(xué)會(huì)醫(yī)院藥學(xué)專(zhuān)業(yè)委員會(huì)用藥安全項(xiàng)目組制定的《高危藥品分級(jí)管理策略及推薦目錄》,結(jié)合我院高危藥品使用管理的現(xiàn)狀,應(yīng)用PDCA循環(huán)管理理論,歷時(shí)半年,進(jìn)一步規(guī)范了我院高危藥品的管理,并持續(xù)改進(jìn),螺旋上升,不斷完善。
[Abstract]:PDCA circulation is a scientific procedure that should be followed in TQM activities. Referring to the "classified Management Strategy and recommended catalogue of High risk drugs" formulated by the Drug Safety Project Group of the Hospital Pharmacy Committee of the Chinese Pharmacy Association, this paper combines with our hospital. The current situation of high-risk drug use management, The application of PDCA circulation management theory lasted half a year, further standardized the management of high risk drugs in our hospital, and continued to improve, spiral rise, constantly improve.
