【摘要】:目的:研究葛根素固體脂質(zhì)納米粒的制備工藝。方法:采用乳化-超聲法制備葛根素固體脂質(zhì)納米粒,以單因素影響考察制備葛根素固體脂質(zhì)納米粒的工藝因素,通過正交試驗設(shè)計優(yōu)化制備工藝,并對包封率進行考察。結(jié)果:采用正交試驗篩選出的最佳工藝為制備溫度為78℃,加熱時間為10min,攪拌速度為900rpm,超聲時間為10min。根據(jù)篩選出的最佳工藝制備3批葛根素固體脂質(zhì)納米粒溶液,包封率為96.43%,載藥量為1.47%。結(jié)論:通過工藝的篩選制備得到葛根素固體脂質(zhì)納米粒澄明度較好,有藍色乳光,包封率和載藥量較高,本研究方法可作為制備葛根素固體脂質(zhì)納米粒的制備方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the preparation technology of puerarin solid lipid nanoparticles. Methods: puerarin solid lipid nanoparticles were prepared by emulsification-ultrasonic method. The preparation process of puerarin solid lipid nanoparticles was investigated by single factor, and the preparation process was optimized by orthogonal design.
