【摘要】：目的分析國產(chǎn)單劑量擺藥機(jī)對臨床護(hù)士核對藥品的工作效率的影響以及兩種擺藥方法藥品差錯的比較。方法走訪我院使用擺藥機(jī)擺藥的46個病區(qū),匯總各病區(qū)手工擺藥及擺藥機(jī)擺藥臨床護(hù)士核對藥品的工作時長,統(tǒng)計兩種擺藥方法的差錯次數(shù)。結(jié)果核對藥品的臨床護(hù)士的工作時間整體有大幅地縮短,明顯提升患者對護(hù)士和藥師的服務(wù)滿意度,機(jī)擺藥品的差錯率顯著降低。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the influence of domestic single dose dispensing drugs to check the nurse's working efficiency and the comparison of two kinds of methods of dispensing drug error. 46 methods of visiting our hospital ward dispensing, dispensing and manual collection of the ward dispensing clinical nurses check medicine work long, error statistics of two kinds of drug dispensing method. Results the clinical nurses check drug work has greatly shortened the whole time, improve the patients to the nurse and pharmacist service satisfaction, reduce the error rate of drug machine.
