我院門診藥房智能配發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)的工作效能分析及優(yōu)化

【摘要】:目的:提高發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)的工作效能。方法:比較我院門診藥房調(diào)整前(2014年6月)由發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)與人工窗口調(diào)劑藥品的處方數(shù)和藥品盒數(shù),再結(jié)合訂單、貨品、數(shù)量(EIQ)-ABC法進行分析,調(diào)整發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)與人工窗口調(diào)劑品種;再通過分析調(diào)整后(2014年8月)的相關(guān)指標評價改進效果。結(jié)果:調(diào)整前的數(shù)據(jù)顯示發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)在發(fā)放藥品盒數(shù)上工作量低于人工調(diào)劑(P=0.000),在發(fā)放處方張數(shù)上二者相似(P=0.122);經(jīng)重新設(shè)置發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)的藥品品種后,發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)在兩項指標上均明顯高于人工調(diào)劑(P=0.000)。結(jié)論:優(yōu)化發(fā)藥系統(tǒng)可有效提高其工作效能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the efficiency of dispensing system. Methods: to compare the number of prescriptions and drug boxes between dispensing system and manual window before dispensing in outpatient pharmacy (June 2014). Goods, quantity and quantity were analyzed by EIQC-ABC method, and the distribution system and artificial window dispensing were adjusted. Results: the data before the adjustment showed that the workload of the distribution system in the number of dispensing boxes was lower than that of manual dispensing drugs (P0. 000). . The number of prescription sheets was similar to that of P0. 122; The drug distribution system was significantly higher than that of artificial drug dispensing system in two indexes after the drug distribution system was reconfigured. Conclusion: optimizing the drug distribution system can effectively improve its working efficiency.
