【摘要】：腸易激綜合征(IBS)是常見(jiàn)的功能性胃腸道失調(diào)疾病,其中以腹瀉型腸易激綜合征(IBS-D)居多。但是,目前治療的手段并不能滿足臨床需求,特效治療藥物仍然急缺。艾沙度林機(jī)制特殊,作用于3個(gè)靶點(diǎn):分別為mu阿片受體激動(dòng)劑、delta阿片受體拮抗劑、kappa受體激動(dòng)劑,目前是該類機(jī)制中第一個(gè)也是唯一一個(gè)獲批的藥物,具有止瀉和治療腹痛的效果,且同時(shí)不產(chǎn)生便秘的不良反應(yīng)。艾沙度林于2015年5月27日在FDA獲得批準(zhǔn)。本文對(duì)其藥理作用、藥動(dòng)學(xué)、臨床研究及不良反應(yīng)方面做簡(jiǎn)要綜述。
[Abstract]:Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder, in which diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-D) is the majority. However, the current treatment methods can not meet the clinical needs. The specific therapeutic drugs are still in short supply, and the mechanism of Esartraline is special, and it acts on three targets: mu opioid receptor agonist, delta opioid receptor antagonist, kappa receptor agonist, respectively. Currently, it is the first and only approved drug of this kind, which has the effect of relieving diarrhea and treating abdominal pain. It was approved by FDA on May 27th 2015. The pharmacological action, pharmacokinetics, clinical research and adverse reactions of Astradil were reviewed in this paper.
