細(xì)節(jié)思維管理法對(duì)靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心輸液微粒的控制效果分析

【摘要】:目的:評(píng)價(jià)細(xì)節(jié)思維管理法對(duì)靜脈用藥調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)輸液微粒的控制效果。方法:選取我院2014年1-12月(實(shí)施前組)和2015年1-12月(實(shí)施后組)由PIVAS配制的臨床常用輸液的相關(guān)資料各1 200份、住院患者各150例,比較強(qiáng)化工作制度、提高人員素質(zhì)、全程落實(shí)實(shí)施等細(xì)節(jié)思維管理實(shí)施前后PIVAS不同等級(jí)潔凈區(qū)懸浮粒子及沉降菌數(shù)量、配制輸液中微粒數(shù)量和微粒所致不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果:細(xì)節(jié)思維管理法實(shí)施后,PIVAS不同等級(jí)潔凈區(qū)懸浮粒子和沉降菌數(shù)量均較實(shí)施前顯著降低,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);電解質(zhì)類、中藥注射劑類、消化系統(tǒng)用藥類配制輸液中≥10μm及≥25μm的微粒數(shù),抗菌藥物類配制輸液中≥10μm的微粒數(shù)和維生素類配制輸液中≥25μm的微粒數(shù)均較實(shí)施前顯著減少,配制輸液中橡膠及玻璃污染微粒的數(shù)量亦顯著減少,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);患者血管阻塞、水腫、靜脈炎和熱原反應(yīng)等不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率均較實(shí)施前顯著降低,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:細(xì)節(jié)思維管理法的實(shí)施可提高PIVAS不同等級(jí)潔凈區(qū)的潔凈度,減少各類配制輸液中的微粒數(shù)量,從一定程度上提高了配制輸液的質(zhì)量,保障患者的用藥安全。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the control effect of detail thinking management on infusion particles in intravenous drug dispensing center PIVAS.Methods: select our hospital from January to December, 2014 (before implementation). There were 1 200 clinical infusion materials prepared by PIVAS from January to December of 2015 (after implementation). There were 150 inpatients in each group. Before and after the implementation of the detailed thinking management, such as strengthening the working system, improving the quality of the personnel and carrying out the whole process, the number of suspended particulates and sedimentation bacteria in different grades of PIVAS clean areas were compared. Results: after the implementation of the detailed thinking management method, the number of suspended particles and sedimentation bacteria in different grade clean areas of PIVAS were significantly lower than those before implementation.
