【摘要】：目的單抗生物類似藥是目前國內(nèi)生物制品中申報臨床最多的品種。藥學(xué)研究證實"質(zhì)量相似性"是其作為"生物類似藥"開發(fā)的先決條件。如何認(rèn)識和評價單抗生物類似藥的質(zhì)量相似性,值得工業(yè)界和監(jiān)管方深入研究并廣泛討論。方法本文介紹了工業(yè)界開發(fā)單抗生物類藥的技術(shù)難點,以及國內(nèi)外質(zhì)量相似性評價的相關(guān)指導(dǎo)原則。分析了目前集中申報品種的質(zhì)控特點,對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)復(fù)核常見意見進(jìn)行梳理,最后對既往此類品種"技術(shù)審評未通過"或"發(fā)補(bǔ)"原因進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論應(yīng)鼓勵研發(fā)者采用先進(jìn)、互補(bǔ)方法深入研究候選藥與參比藥的質(zhì)量相似性。審評需審慎對待質(zhì)量研究中出現(xiàn)的"不相似"問題。通過雙方共同努力、有效交流,促進(jìn)國內(nèi)單抗生物類似藥開發(fā),以緩解國內(nèi)未滿足的臨床用藥需求。
[Abstract]:Objective Monoclonal bioanalogues are the most frequently declared clinical species in domestic biological products. Pharmacological studies have confirmed that "quality similarity" is a "biological analogous drug". Prerequisites for development. How to recognize and evaluate the quality similarity of monoclonal antibodies. Methods the technical difficulties in the development of monoclonal antibodies in industry are introduced in this paper. As well as the domestic and foreign quality similarity evaluation related guiding principles. Analyzed the current centralized declaration of the quality control characteristics of varieties, the standard review of common opinions were combed. Finally, the reasons for the "technical review" or "supplement" of such varieties were analyzed. The results and conclusions should encourage the R & D to adopt the advanced approach. The complementary method is used to study the quality similarity between candidate and reference drugs. The review needs to treat carefully the "dissimilarity" problem in the quality research, and to communicate effectively through the joint efforts of both sides. To promote the development of domestic monoclonal antibody bioanalogues to alleviate the unmet clinical drug demand in China.
