【摘要】：目的了解兒童用藥錯誤國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展,為制定我國兒童用藥錯誤指導(dǎo)原則提供參考。方法系統(tǒng)檢索兒童用藥錯誤國內(nèi)外最新研究,按照用藥錯誤發(fā)生場所統(tǒng)計(jì)兒童用藥錯誤發(fā)生率,分析其危險(xiǎn)因素,并列舉各國有效的干預(yù)措施。結(jié)果各治療場所均可發(fā)生用藥錯誤,且有各自特點(diǎn),可有針對性地進(jìn)行防范。電子醫(yī)囑系統(tǒng)、藥物標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、擴(kuò)大藥師的監(jiān)管作用和加強(qiáng)患兒監(jiān)護(hù)人的用藥教育均是行之有效的解決方案。結(jié)論兒童用藥錯誤現(xiàn)象普遍,各場所均以給藥劑量錯誤較常見,提示應(yīng)在處方、調(diào)劑、給藥,及隨訪監(jiān)測等方面加強(qiáng)監(jiān)護(hù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the domestic and international research progress of children's drug errors, and to provide a reference for formulating the guiding principles of children's drug use errors. Methods the latest research on children's drug errors at home and abroad was systematically searched. According to the incidence of drug errors in children, the risk factors were analyzed, and the effective intervention measures were listed. Results Drug errors occurred in all treatment sites and had their own characteristics. Can be targeted to prevent. Electronic doctor's order system, drug standardization. Expanding the role of pharmacists and strengthening the drug education of child guardians are effective solutions. Conclusion the phenomenon of drug errors in children is common and the errors in dosage are more common in all places suggesting that the prescription should be used. Adjusts, the administration, and the follow-up monitoring and so on aspect strengthens the guardianship.
