【摘要】：目的:探索對輔助用藥合理使用的有效藥事管理措施。方法:從建立輔助用藥重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控管理制度(包括建立并落實(shí)處方點(diǎn)評制度、進(jìn)行合理用藥培訓(xùn)、嚴(yán)格監(jiān)督與考核)、充分發(fā)揮省級藥事質(zhì)量管理控制中心對醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)管的督促作用等措施方面,介紹四川省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)對輔助用藥實(shí)施的有效藥事管理的情況;通過統(tǒng)計(jì)全省18家三級甲等醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)輔助用藥的合理使用率、藥占比、銷售金額數(shù)據(jù)等,對管理效果進(jìn)行參考性評價(jià)。結(jié)果:截至2016年5月,全省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)已建立健全輔助用藥重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控管理制度;18家醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)輔助用藥合理使用率從2016年1月的69.41%上升到同年5月的79.05%,同期藥占比由29.22%下降至27.93%;輔助用藥月銷售金額由2015年4月的2 297萬元下降到2016年4月的1 738萬元(下降20.49%)。結(jié)論:四川省醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)通過建立輔助用藥重點(diǎn)監(jiān)控管理制度以及充分發(fā)揮省級藥事質(zhì)控中心的督促作用等措施,對輔助用藥進(jìn)行的藥事管理效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore effective drug management measures for rational use of adjuvant drugs. Methods: to establish the system of monitoring and management of auxiliary drugs (including establishing and implementing prescription evaluation system) and to carry out training on rational use of drugs. In the aspects of strict supervision and examination, giving full play to the supervision and supervision of medical institutions by provincial drug quality control center, this paper introduces the effective drug management in Sichuan Province. Through the statistics of 18 Grade 3A medical institutions in the province, the reasonable utilization rate, drug proportion, sales amount data, etc., to evaluate the management effect. Results: up to May 2016. Medical institutions in the province have established and improved the management system of key monitoring and control of auxiliary drugs; The rational utilization rate of adjuvant drugs in 18 medical institutions increased from 69.41% in January 2016 to 79.05 on May of the same year, and the proportion of adjuvant drugs decreased from 29.22% to 27.93 in the same period. The monthly sales amount of adjuvant medicine decreased from 22.97 million yuan in April 2015 to 17.38 million yuan in April 2016 (down 20.49 percent). Conclusion: Sichuan Province medical institutions through the establishment of auxiliary drug control and management system and give full play to the province-level quality control center of drug supervision and other measures. The effect of drug administration on adjuvant drugs is good.
