【摘要】：國際藥學聯(lián)合會(FIP)對全球66個國家的藥學繼續(xù)教育進行了調(diào)查并發(fā)布調(diào)查報告,旨在幫助各國提高藥學服務(wù)能力。本文從藥學繼續(xù)教育的內(nèi)容、形式、教育提供方、資金來源、管理機構(gòu)、執(zhí)照維持制度等方面介紹全球藥學持續(xù)職業(yè)發(fā)展/繼續(xù)教育(CPD/CE)概況,并對我國執(zhí)業(yè)藥師的繼續(xù)教育發(fā)展提出合理建議。建議加強藥師以及CPD/CE理念的宣傳,合理安排繼續(xù)教育內(nèi)容和形式,實現(xiàn)多方資金支持,發(fā)展施教機構(gòu)及其認證標準,制訂繼續(xù)教育評估體系。
[Abstract]:The International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) has carried out a survey of pharmaceutical continuing education in 66 countries around the world and published a survey report aimed at helping countries improve their pharmaceutical service capacity. This paper focuses on the content of pharmaceutical continuing education. Form, educational providers, sources of funding, regulatory bodies, licensing systems, etc., to introduce the global CPD / CEE profile. It also puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the development of continuing education for licensed pharmacists in China. It also suggests strengthening the propaganda of pharmacists and the idea of CPD/CE, arranging the contents and forms of continuing education reasonably, and realizing multi-fund support. Develop educational institutions and their certification standards, and formulate a continuing education evaluation system.
