【摘要】：補體系統(tǒng)作為機體固有免疫系統(tǒng)的一部分,在吞噬異源物、清除免疫復(fù)合物和凋亡細胞以及參與獲得性免疫等方面起著重要的作用。補體系統(tǒng)的異常與感染、自身免疫系統(tǒng)疾病、腫瘤等多種疾病密切相關(guān)。近年來,隨著對補體系統(tǒng)的深入研究和分子生物學技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,補體系統(tǒng)藥物的開發(fā)逐漸活躍,涉及多種補體系統(tǒng)相關(guān)的疾病。本文主要從補體系統(tǒng)的組成、補體系統(tǒng)與疾病的關(guān)系以及補體系統(tǒng)藥物研發(fā)現(xiàn)狀等方面進行論述。
[Abstract]:As a part of the innate immune system, complement system plays an important role in phagocytosis, clearance of immune complexes and apoptotic cells, and participation in acquired immunity. In recent years, with the further study of complement system and the development of molecular biological technology, the development of drugs in complement system has become more and more active. This paper mainly discusses the composition of complement system, the relationship between complement system and disease, and the current situation of drug development in complement system.
