【摘要】：目的:探究異甘草素共晶在異丙醇溶劑中的形成熱力學(xué)。方法:以異甘草素-煙酰胺及異甘草素-異煙酰胺共晶為模型,通過(guò)測(cè)定303K下異甘草素、煙酰胺及異煙酰胺在異丙醇中的溶解度,計(jì)算溶劑中共晶的溶度積和絡(luò)合常數(shù),并繪制出異甘草素-煙酰胺及異甘草素-異煙酰胺三元相圖。結(jié)果:2種異甘草素共晶在異丙醇中均符合1∶1溶液絡(luò)合模型,但2種共晶體系在該條件下的三元相圖有較大差異,異甘草素-煙酰胺共晶三相圖的共晶區(qū)域偏離化學(xué)計(jì)量比線(xiàn)。常規(guī)方法不利于異甘草素共晶的形成。結(jié)論:共晶制備方法的優(yōu)選具有參考意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the thermodynamics of isoliberrrhizin eutectic formation in isopropyl alcohol solvent. Methods: isoliquiritisin-nicotinamide and isoglycyrrhizin-isoniacinamide eutectic models were used to determine isoliquiritisin at 303 K. Solubility of nicotinamide and isonicotinamide in isopropyl alcohol, solubility product and complexation constant of eutectic in solvent were calculated. The ternary phase diagrams of isoglycyrrhizin-nicotinamide and isoglycyrrhizin-isoniacinamide were drawn. Results the two isoglycyrrhizin eutectic complexes in isopropanol were in accordance with the 1: 1 solution complexation model. However, the ternary phase diagrams of the two eutectic systems are different under these conditions. The eutectic region of the isoglycyrrhizin-nicotinamide eutectic three-phase diagram deviates from the stoichiometric ratio line. The conventional method is not conducive to the formation of isoliquiritin eutectic. Conclusion: the optimization of eutectic preparation method has reference significance.
