【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的給藥方式逐漸滿足不了特定群體以及特殊場合的注射需求。由于無針給藥較傳統(tǒng)給藥系統(tǒng)具有無可比擬的優(yōu)勢,已成為當(dāng)代新型藥物輸送系統(tǒng)研究的熱點(diǎn)。為了突破皮膚屏障進(jìn)行藥物高效吸收,研究人員開發(fā)出基于各種動(dòng)力源的無針注射技術(shù),并進(jìn)行臨床應(yīng)用研究。 本文對基于音圈電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的無針注射技術(shù)和藥物在皮膚的吸收情況進(jìn)行深入研究。研究內(nèi)容分成相對獨(dú)立的兩部分:第一部分針對傳統(tǒng)無針注射系統(tǒng)的復(fù)雜以及不可調(diào)控性,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于音圈電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的新型無針注射系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、可控的特性,最后對直線音圈電機(jī)三維建模導(dǎo)入磁場分析軟件對電機(jī)磁場和力進(jìn)行分析;本文第二部分分析了皮膚組成并簡要介紹皮膚的機(jī)械性能,構(gòu)建了基于微噴射給藥穿透皮膚屏障進(jìn)而被人體吸收的數(shù)學(xué)模型,為以后的微噴射給藥系統(tǒng)的研發(fā)提供借鑒意義。 論文總共分為6章,各章主要內(nèi)容如下: 第1章,,闡述了課題研究的背景和意義,詳細(xì)介紹了微噴射給藥系統(tǒng)和藥物經(jīng)皮吸收的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并提出了本文研究的主要內(nèi)容。 第2章,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于音圈電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的無針系統(tǒng),其中包括音圈電機(jī)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和控制電路設(shè)計(jì)。 第3章,對直線音圈電機(jī)進(jìn)行三維建模并使用電磁場有限元分析軟件ANSOFT進(jìn)行磁場和力分析。對基于無針注射系統(tǒng)在體外的噴射注射機(jī)理進(jìn)行了理論研究,建立了微噴射給藥過程中噴射壓強(qiáng)與系統(tǒng)參數(shù)(如微型噴孔直徑、腔體尺寸、音圈電流等)之間的理論模型。 第4章,介紹人體皮膚的構(gòu)成以及機(jī)械特性,在國外專家研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)一步建立微噴射流刺穿人體皮膚的模型。最后針對藥物在真皮層中藥物的吸收過程進(jìn)行數(shù)學(xué)建模。 第5章,搭建微噴射流壓強(qiáng)的檢測系統(tǒng),檢測微噴射流的壓強(qiáng)并與理論壓強(qiáng)進(jìn)行對比分析。 第6章,對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),指出該研究內(nèi)容創(chuàng)新之處,并提出該無針注射系統(tǒng)還存在的問題以及微噴射給藥的藥物經(jīng)皮吸收模型的不足之處以及改進(jìn)方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the traditional drug delivery methods can not meet the specific needs of specific groups and special occasions. Because of the needle free drug delivery system than the traditional drug delivery system has an unparalleled advantage. In order to break through the skin barrier for drug absorption, researchers have developed needle free injection technology based on various power sources, and carried out clinical application research. In this paper, the needle-less injection technology driven by voice coil motor and the absorption of drugs in the skin were studied in depth. The research was divided into two parts:. The first part is aimed at the complexity and irregulability of the traditional needle-free injection system. A new needle-less injection system driven by voice coil motor is designed. The system has the characteristics of simple structure and controllable structure. Finally, the magnetic field and force of linear voice coil motor are analyzed by introducing magnetic field analysis software into 3D modeling of linear voice coil motor. In the second part of this paper, the composition of skin was analyzed and the mechanical properties of skin were briefly introduced, and a mathematical model based on microspray was established to penetrate the skin barrier and then be absorbed by human body. For the future research and development of micro-injection drug delivery system to provide reference. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The main contents of each chapter are as follows: In chapter 1, the background and significance of the research are described, and the research status of microinjection drug delivery system and drug transdermal absorption are introduced in detail, and the main contents of this study are put forward. In chapter 2, a needleless system based on voice coil motor is designed, which includes mechanical structure design and control circuit design of voice coil motor. Chapter 3. The 3D modeling of linear voice coil motor and the magnetic field and force analysis using the electromagnetic field finite element analysis software ANSOFT were carried out. The injection mechanism in vitro based on the needle free injection system was studied theoretically. A theoretical model between the injection pressure and system parameters (such as the diameter of the micro-hole, the size of the cavity, the current of the voice coil, etc.) was established. Chapter 4 introduces the composition and mechanical characteristics of human skin. On the basis of foreign experts' research, the model of microjet piercing human skin was established. Finally, the mathematical model of drug absorption in the dermis was established. In chapter 5, the pressure detection system of micro jet jet is built, and the pressure of micro jet jet is measured and compared with the theoretical pressure. Chapter 6 summarizes the whole paper, points out the innovation of the research content, and points out the problems existing in the needle free injection system, the shortcomings of the drug percutaneous absorption model of microinjection and the direction of improvement.
