【摘要】:目的將酮洛芬制成固體分散體,考察其體外溶出特性。方法以聚乙二醇(PEG)為載體,用熔融法制備固體分散體,用正交試驗(yàn)篩選最優(yōu)處方和制備工藝,X射線衍射法對其進(jìn)行表征,并對固體分散體進(jìn)行體外溶出度研究。結(jié)果固體分散體最優(yōu)處方和工藝為,PEG 6000為載體,藥物與載體比例為1∶5,制備溫度為100℃,制備時(shí)間為30 min。制成的固體分散體在p H=7.6的介質(zhì)中釋放速率最快,45 min時(shí)溶出百分率為94.5%。結(jié)論酮洛芬固體分散體可顯著提高酮洛芬的體外溶出速率。
[Abstract]:Objective To prepare the solid dispersion by using polyethylene glycol ( PEG ) as carrier and to prepare the solid dispersion by melt method .
