Vascular endothelium dysfunction and antioxidative activation in hyperlipidemic rats

【摘要】：正血小板、巨噬細(xì)胞、內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和平滑肌細(xì)胞都參與動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化的發(fā)生。為了研究內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞在其發(fā)生和發(fā)展中的作用,通過高脂膳食復(fù)制大鼠高脂血癥。大鼠血液中 PGI_2降低,TXA_2上升,內(nèi)皮 CD36表達(dá)升高。經(jīng)抑制性削減雜交、 RT-PCR、Nothern blot、Western blot 等技術(shù)檢測(cè),發(fā)現(xiàn)高血脂大鼠血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞 Cu/Zn SOD 高表達(dá),提示在動(dòng)脈粥樣硬
