聚乙烯醇/殼聚糖復(fù)合水凝膠的物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)

測定了聚乙烯醇(PVA)和殼聚糖(CS)復(fù)合水凝膠的平衡含水量、熔融焓、等溫溶脹動力學(xué)和非等溫失水動力學(xué)等性質(zhì),討論了水凝膠的組成和制備參數(shù)對這些性質(zhì)的影響.結(jié)果顯示:PVA/CS復(fù)合水凝膠具有適宜于軟骨修復(fù)替代材料的網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)和平衡含水量.CS與PVA復(fù)合減弱了凝膠的結(jié)晶度,但卻增強了水與凝膠支架的相互作用.盡管水凝膠力學(xué)拉伸強度有所降低,但卻優(yōu)化了凝膠的生物相容性和降解能力.PVA/CS復(fù)合水凝膠是一種潛在的軟骨修復(fù)材料,作為一種理論研究的模型體系,它將促進熱力學(xué)在復(fù)雜醫(yī)用材料方面的應(yīng)用.
