中風(fēng)后小魚際肌的誘發(fā)和自主表面肌電圖研究(英文)

【摘要】:利用誘發(fā)和自主表面肌電研究在中風(fēng)后偏癱病人的小魚際肌的生理變化.通過對(duì)11個(gè)受測(cè)者患側(cè)和正常側(cè)的對(duì)比,發(fā)現(xiàn)患側(cè)肌肉的復(fù)合動(dòng)作電位和運(yùn)動(dòng)單位個(gè)數(shù)索引略為降低.正常側(cè)的小魚際肌最大自主收縮肌電與復(fù)合動(dòng)作電位的比值顯著大于患側(cè),表明患側(cè)肌肉的激活能力明顯不足.相比傳統(tǒng)的針電極檢測(cè),通過無創(chuàng)的表面肌電實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)中風(fēng)后運(yùn)動(dòng)單位變化的研究,以促進(jìn)對(duì)中風(fēng)后肌無力的理解與康復(fù).
[Abstract]:The physiological changes of hypothenar muscles in patients with hemiplegia after stroke were studied by evoked and autonomic surface myoelectricity. By comparing the affected and normal sides of 11 subjects, it was found that the index of compound action potential and the number of motor units decreased slightly. The ratio of maximal autonomic contractile myography to compound action potential in the hypothenar muscle of the normal side was significantly higher than that in the affected side, indicating that the activation ability of the affected muscle was obviously insufficient. Compared with traditional needle electrode detection, noninvasive surface electromyography was used to study the changes of motor units after stroke in order to promote the understanding and rehabilitation of post-stroke myasthenia.
