被覆材料和縫合方式對(duì)鉛橡膠射線防護(hù)品鉛滲出量的影響

【摘要】:目的比較鉛橡膠射線防護(hù)品在不同被覆材料及不同縫合方式時(shí)的鉛防滲效果。方法測(cè)定4個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)的8個(gè)瓊脂塊載體樣本點(diǎn)的鉛含量,共測(cè)5次,經(jīng)數(shù)據(jù)有效性處理后,計(jì)算兩種射線防護(hù)制品的表面及邊緣的鉛滲出量及鉛滲出比率。結(jié)果兩種樣品表面及邊緣在0.5、1、3、5 h 4個(gè)時(shí)間點(diǎn)每組鉛滲出量差異均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。樣品表面及邊緣的鉛滲出量及鉛滲出比率尼龍TPU復(fù)合布周邊熱合加工的防護(hù)品均明顯低于尼龍布周邊縫合的防護(hù)品;兩種樣品的鉛滲出量邊緣均比表面要高,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。尼龍TPU復(fù)合布周邊熱合加工的防護(hù)品表面及邊緣鉛滲出比率數(shù)值數(shù)量級(jí)分別為10-5和10-4;尼龍布周邊縫合防護(hù)品分別為10-3和10-1。結(jié)論雙層封閉的尼龍TPU復(fù)合布周邊熱合加工的鉛橡膠防護(hù)品比尼龍布周邊縫合的防護(hù)品顯著減少鉛滲出。
[Abstract]:Objective To compare the anti-seepage effect of lead rubber protective products with different coating materials and different suture methods.Methods Lead content in 8 samples of agar block carrier at 4 time points was measured for 5 times.After data validity treatment,the lead leakage and lead leakage ratio on the surface and edge of two protective products were calculated. There was no significant difference in lead leakage between the two groups at 0.5, 1, 3, and 5 h (P 0.05). The surface and edge lead exudation ratios were 10-5 and 10-4, respectively, and 10-3 and 10-1, respectively. Conclusion The lead rubber protective products of double-layer closed nylon TPU composite fabric were better than that of nylon TPU composite fabric. Cloth around stitched protective products significantly reduced lead exudation.
