血管基質(zhì)成分聯(lián)合脫細(xì)胞骨基質(zhì)-殼聚糖支架修復(fù)橈骨缺損
[Abstract]:Background: studies have shown that the composite use of artificial tissue engineering bone materials and acellular bone matrix as scaffold materials for bone defect repair can integrate the advantages of both. Aim: to further verify the safety and biocompatibility of adipose tissue matrix vascular matrix composition combined with acellular bone matrix chitosan scaffold for repairing rabbit radius defect. Methods: 38 New Zealand white rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group. Among them, 3 rabbits were used for the preparation of vascular matrix in adipose tissue. 32 rabbits were divided into experimental group and control group. Radial defect type was prepared by Brownlow method. The experimental group was implanted with acellular bone matrix chitosan composite scaffold, while the control group did not do any treatment after modeling. The general and gross observations were taken 2 and 4 months after operation, and the histological score of Lane-Sandhu was observed by pathology. Results and conclusion there was no infection in the two groups at 2 and 4 months after operation, but the activity and healing degree of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group 2 months after operation. At 4 months after operation, the radial bone tissue of the control group was the same as that of the normal radial bone tissue. The pathological tissue growth of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05) at 2 and 4 months after the operation, and the histological score of the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P0.05). It is safe and biocompatible to repair rabbit radius defect with vascular matrix component acellular bone matrix chitosan composite scaffold.
