鈦合金、人工骨材料厚切片再研磨后顯示新生骨-熒光雙標法

【摘要】:正因鈦合金、人工骨材料組織堅硬,無法切出較薄的完整切片。傳統(tǒng)方法切片只能看到骨結(jié)構(gòu),V-G染色法鏡下觀察切片顏色不鮮亮,細胞核模糊,軟骨和纖維結(jié)締組織很難辨別,熒光雙標兩條線不夠清晰,只能采集低倍圖片。本文現(xiàn)介紹一種新方法,用502膠粘貼于有機玻片上,再經(jīng)自制電動磨片機研磨至30~50μm厚,用Van Gieson(亞甲基蘭-酸性品紅,簡稱V-G)染色,顏色對比鮮艷,高倍鏡下骨細胞核、軟骨、纖維結(jié)締組織等均可清晰辨別。四環(huán)素-鈣黃綠
[Abstract]:Because of the titanium alloy, the artificial bone material is hard to cut out a thin, complete slice. The traditional method can only see that the section is not bright in color, the nucleus is blurred, the cartilage and fibrous connective tissue are difficult to distinguish, and the two lines of fluorescence double labeling are not clear enough, so they can only collect low-power pictures.
