一種新型智能輸液監(jiān)護(hù)系統(tǒng)的研制
[Abstract]:Intravenous infusion is an important treatment in clinical medicine. In this paper, a new intelligent infusion monitoring system based on wireless transmission is developed. The system consists of three parts: the infusion monitor, the wireless transmission unit and the central monitoring and management software. The system has the functions of real-time monitoring of infusion speed, residual volume and state of infusion, and can monitor the infusion information of multiple infusion areas and patients simultaneously. The paper mainly includes three parts: (1) Design and manufacture the hardware circuit of the transfusion monitor, monitor the patient's transfusion in real time, and collect the transfusion information (transfusion speed, battery power, etc.) (2) the wireless receiving unit is designed and manufactured to receive the information of each transfusion monitor through the wireless module. The main functions of the center are as follows: the computer receives all the transfusion information, decodes according to the communication protocol, and monitors the infusion process in real time; Statistics of the data of all transfusion patients and completion of report form output to realize patient information management; timely alarm and processing of abnormal situations to ensure the safe completion of infusion; data playback function, which can record the whole drip rate of infusion, Doctors can re-examine the analysis after infusion, etc. The developed intelligent infusion monitoring system has the advantages of convenient use and high performance-to-price ratio. It not only can reliably alert and alert the dangerous situation that occurs during infusion, but also can scientifically manage patient information and provide storage. Query, printing information and other functions, can meet the general ward of patient infusion information management requirements. The system improves the safety of infusion process, greatly lightens the work burden of medical staff and improves working efficiency.
