【摘要】：本研究擬開發(fā)下頜螺旋軸軌跡的三維顯示和分析系統(tǒng),用于定量分析下頜的三維空間運(yùn)動(dòng)。采用6自由度的超聲下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)記錄儀測量下頜運(yùn)動(dòng);利用計(jì)算機(jī)斷層掃描圖像重建上頜、下頜顱骨的三維數(shù)字模型;通過結(jié)構(gòu)光三維掃描儀將顱骨的三維數(shù)字模型校準(zhǔn)至下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)的坐標(biāo)系�；赩isualization ToolKit和Open Scene Graphics Library開發(fā)了本系統(tǒng),利用下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算連續(xù)變換矩陣來仿真下頜運(yùn)動(dòng),通過特征值方法計(jì)算下頜的螺旋軸軌跡,并實(shí)時(shí)顯示螺旋軸軌跡與下頜的空間位置關(guān)系。本系統(tǒng)可以計(jì)算并輸出下頜螺旋軸的參數(shù)(旋轉(zhuǎn)、平移、方向、位置),用于精確評(píng)價(jià)下頜的三維空間運(yùn)動(dòng)。因此,本系統(tǒng)為采用螺旋軸理論研究下頜的三維空間運(yùn)動(dòng)奠定了一定的理論依據(jù)和實(shí)驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:In this study, a three-dimensional display and analysis system of mandibular spiral axis trajectory is developed to quantitatively analyze the three-dimensional motion of the mandible. The mandibular movement was measured with a 6-DOF ultrasonic motion recorder, and the three-dimensional digital model of maxillary and mandibular skull was reconstructed by computed tomography (CT) images. The three-dimensional digital model of skull was calibrated to the coordinate system of mandibular motion data by structured light 3D scanner. Based on Visualization ToolKit and Open scene Graphics Library, the system is developed. The mandibular motion is simulated by calculating the continuous transformation matrix with the mandibular motion data, and the trajectory of the spiral axis of the mandible is calculated by the eigenvalue method. The relationship between the orbit of spiral axis and the space position of mandible was displayed in real time. The system can calculate and output the parameters (rotation, translation, direction, position) of the mandibular helical axis, and can be used to accurately evaluate the three-dimensional motion of the mandible. Therefore, the system provides a theoretical and experimental basis for the study of the three-dimensional movement of the mandible by using the helical axis theory.
