摘要

隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展,醫(yī)用X光機(jī)為人類某些疾病的診斷和治療提供了有力的技術(shù)支持和保障,應(yīng)用的范圍也越來越廣,F(xiàn)有的X光機(jī)頻率較低,,整個(gè)X光機(jī)體積較大,X射線效率低,無用的軟射線劑量多,使得成像質(zhì)量較差,而且X光機(jī)高壓電源輸出電壓的上升時(shí)間長,使得醫(yī)生和患者受到的X射線傷害增加。所以,人們對(duì)X光機(jī)的要求越來越高。

X光機(jī)高壓電源是X光機(jī)重要組成部分,其頻率的大小與電壓的可調(diào)性決定了X光機(jī)成像質(zhì)量與疾病診斷范圍。本文就X光機(jī)高壓電源的頻率和電壓可調(diào)性,分別從相關(guān)的理論分析及系統(tǒng)仿真模型,結(jié)合具體的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),深入研究影響X光機(jī)成像質(zhì)量的因素以及其改進(jìn)效果,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)理論仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。

論文首先闡述了x光機(jī)高壓電源的結(jié)構(gòu)和工作原理,在分析影響x光機(jī)成像質(zhì)量的因素基礎(chǔ)之上,將兩相交錯(cuò)并聯(lián)BoostPFC和全橋LLC諧振變換器應(yīng)用于醫(yī)用X光機(jī)高壓電源中。

分析了兩相交錯(cuò)BoostPFC工作原理,介紹其優(yōu)點(diǎn),并對(duì)電路參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。選擇兩相交錯(cuò)PFC控制芯片UCC28070,對(duì)芯片的外圍電路和控制器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),解決了大功率PFC設(shè)計(jì)困難。

在逆變部分采用全橋LLC諧振變換器,一方面通過改變開關(guān)頻率調(diào)節(jié)輸出電壓;另一方面使開關(guān)管實(shí)現(xiàn)軟開關(guān),減小開關(guān)損耗。分析了LLC諧振變換器工作原理和軟開關(guān)實(shí)現(xiàn)的條件,推導(dǎo)并建立了基波等效模型。推導(dǎo)了諧振網(wǎng)絡(luò)參數(shù)的設(shè)計(jì)公式,并對(duì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化分析。解決了高頻下開關(guān)損耗大的問題,以及利用諧振電路升壓,減少了變壓器的匝比,使得變壓器設(shè)計(jì)、制作相對(duì)簡單。

在高壓部分,考慮到高壓變壓器的分布參數(shù),對(duì)變壓器參數(shù)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),并對(duì)高壓變壓器的絕緣和制作工藝進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),減少了分布電容的影響。

由于x射線管的非線性特性,利用Saber仿真軟件建立其等效模型并對(duì)整個(gè)高壓電源系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,使得仿真更加逼近實(shí)際工況。同時(shí),搭建實(shí)驗(yàn)電路,對(duì)整機(jī)電路進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,本方案的X光機(jī)高壓電源開關(guān)頻率高,開關(guān)損耗小,輸出電壓上升時(shí)間和紋波都較小。
