摘 要

隨著老年人口的不斷增加、殘疾人權(quán)及科技輔具的進(jìn)步，行動(dòng)輔具成為肢體殘障人士“打破活動(dòng)限制”的重要憑借。為老年人、殘疾人提供性能優(yōu)越的行動(dòng)輔具產(chǎn)品，，讓他們能夠參加到健全人的正常生活中去，是社會(huì)關(guān)注的主要問題之一，是人性化設(shè)計(jì)的一種表現(xiàn)。本論文是在這種背景下，利用情境分析的方法，對(duì)老年人、殘疾人行動(dòng)輔具設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行研究。產(chǎn)品所面向的目標(biāo)用戶是老年人和肢體殘疾人士，這充分體現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)人性化的一面；情境分析方法作為一種比較先進(jìn)的預(yù)測(cè)方法，應(yīng)用在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域顯示出了特有的優(yōu)勢(shì)。運(yùn)用情境分析法指導(dǎo)行動(dòng)輔具設(shè)計(jì)，目的就在于設(shè)計(jì)出更能符合用戶需求的產(chǎn)品。這些充分體現(xiàn)了課題研究的意義所在。

本研究主要有四個(gè)方面：一、對(duì)情境分析方法進(jìn)行多方面研究。尤其是在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)領(lǐng)域中的使用方法、使用流程、使用效果的分析；二、對(duì)老年人、殘疾人的生理、心理、群體文化以及人因操作分析，探討使用者在各個(gè)方面的需求與渴望，并且找出使用者在操作時(shí)的動(dòng)作細(xì)節(jié)作為后期設(shè)計(jì)的依據(jù)；三、對(duì)行動(dòng)輔具的種類、適用人群以及國內(nèi)外發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)研，為設(shè)計(jì)出具有廣泛適用性的行動(dòng)輔具奠定基礎(chǔ)；四、將理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合，將情境分析法運(yùn)用到行動(dòng)輔具設(shè)計(jì)當(dāng)中，并以輪椅設(shè)計(jì)為例，說明如何運(yùn)用情境分析法設(shè)計(jì)出符合用戶需求的輪椅，同時(shí)情境分析法的優(yōu)點(diǎn)也被證明。

ABSTRACT

Along with the old age population unceasing increase, the disabled human rights and the technical auxiliary progress, move auxiliary to become the body disabled persons “to break the active limit” relies on importantly. Provide the performance superior motion auxiliary products to the senior citizen, the disabled person, lets them be able to participate in the perfect person's normal life, is one of main questions which the society pays attention, is the user friendly design one kind of performance. The present paper is under this kind of background, use situation analysis method, to research the design of the motion auxiliary for the senior citizen, the disabled person. The product faces the goal user is the senior citizen and the body disabled people, this has fully manifested product design user friendly one side; The situation analysis method took one quite advanced forecast method, applied in the product design domain demonstrates the unique superiority. Motion auxiliary design using the situation analytic method instruction, the goal lies in designs can conform to the user demand product. These manifested the topic research significance to be at fully.

This research mainly has four aspects: First, conducts the various research to the situation analysis method. In particular the premise which in the product design domain, the application method and the use effect analyze; Second, analysis the physiology, the psychology, the community culture as well as the operational of the senior citizen and disabled person, discusses the user ′s demand and the hope in each aspect, and discovers user's movement detail as the later period of designs; Third, study on motion auxiliary's type, the suitable crowd as well as the domestic and foreign development present situation , lay the foundation for widespread serviceable motion auxiliary designs; Fourth, union theory and actual, utilizes the situation analytic method to the motion auxiliary design, and take the wheelchair design as the example, ii

explained how designs using the situation analytic method conforms to the user demand wheelchair, simultaneously the situation analytic method merit was also proven.

1-1-1社會(huì)背景分析

人口老齡化已成為當(dāng)前普遍存在的社會(huì)問題。按聯(lián)合國公布的通行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，當(dāng)65歲以上老年人口與總?cè)丝诘谋壤仙?%以上，或60歲以上人口占人口總數(shù)10%以上時(shí)的社會(huì)稱之為老齡化社會(huì)，人口老齡化是人類社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)，一方面它是社會(huì)進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志，經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的結(jié)果，另一方面它必然給社會(huì)、政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面帶來一系列需要妥善解決的社會(huì)問題。根據(jù)聯(lián)合國人口基金會(huì)的新聞公報(bào)：1999年全球60歲以上的老年人已經(jīng)超過了7億，占世界總?cè)丝诘?1.6％；50年后，全球60歲以上的老年人將增至25億，占總?cè)丝诘谋嚷室矊⑸?5％。目前，中國60歲以上老年人已達(dá)到1.3億，占全國總?cè)丝诘?0.34％。預(yù)計(jì)到2010年我國老齡人口將達(dá)1.6億，約占人口總數(shù)的12%，并將于2015年突破2億，而到2044年前后甚至將高達(dá)4億。中國人口老齡化趨勢(shì)見圖1.1所示。
