【摘要】：本文綜述了電子化臨床數(shù)據(jù)管理國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,以及提高藥物研究行業(yè)對(duì)藥物臨床試驗(yàn)電子化趨勢(shì)的理解認(rèn)知,并總結(jié)了數(shù)據(jù)管理的未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì):數(shù)據(jù)采集的電子化和智能化、數(shù)據(jù)審核的遠(yuǎn)程化、數(shù)據(jù)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和透明化以及數(shù)據(jù)分析手段的交互可視化。我國(guó)還處于從紙質(zhì)向電子化轉(zhuǎn)換的初級(jí)階段,可以借鑒國(guó)外的經(jīng)驗(yàn),完善臨床關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)管理的配套技術(shù)指南和規(guī)范,提高數(shù)據(jù)管理的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化,尤其是計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)和電子數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),規(guī)范和鼓勵(lì)國(guó)內(nèi)EDC系統(tǒng)的開發(fā),并開始逐步采用提交數(shù)據(jù)的格式標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the current situation of electronic clinical data management at home and abroad, and improves the understanding and cognition of the trend of electronic drug clinical trials in the pharmaceutical research industry, and summarizes the future development trend of data management: electronic and intelligent data collection. The remote data audit, the standardization and transparency of data and the interactive visualization of data analysis means. Our country is still in the primary stage of conversion from paper to electronic, so we can learn from the experience of foreign countries. To improve the supporting technical guidelines and specifications for clinical data management, to improve the standardization and standardization of data management, especially for computer systems and electronic data acquisition systems, to standardize and encourage the development of domestic EDC systems, And began gradually to submit data format standards.
