【摘要】:光遺傳學(xué)是一項(xiàng)整合了光學(xué)、基因操作技術(shù)、電生理等多學(xué)科交叉的具有高度時(shí)空特異性、低毒性的生物工程技術(shù).目前已經(jīng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了從時(shí)空上控制細(xì)胞活動(dòng)并用于疾病的治療.本文將重點(diǎn)介紹近些年光遺傳學(xué)裝置在生物醫(yī)學(xué)上的應(yīng)用,闡明光遺傳裝置用于疾病治療的構(gòu)建和機(jī)制.此外,本文還簡(jiǎn)要探討了光控基因裝置在實(shí)際臨床治療應(yīng)用中的前景和挑戰(zhàn).
[Abstract]:Optogenetics is a highly space-time specific combination of optics, gene manipulation techniques, electrophysiology, and so on. Low toxicity bioengineering technology. At present, we have realized the control of cell activity in time and space and used in the treatment of diseases. This paper will focus on the application of photogenetic devices in biomedicine in recent years. The construction and mechanism of photogenetic devices for the treatment of diseases are expounded. In addition, the prospect and challenges of photo-controlled gene devices in clinical treatment are also briefly discussed.
