【摘要】： 目的:國(guó)外學(xué)者研究表明指長(zhǎng)比有性別、種族和地域差異,與個(gè)體攻擊性行為、體育和音樂(lè)才能、艾滋病病毒易感性、心肌梗塞、乳腺癌、精子數(shù)量、精神分裂及同性戀等有關(guān),但國(guó)內(nèi)研究較少,故本文采用直接測(cè)量的方法,對(duì)大連地區(qū)漢族成人群體手指長(zhǎng)及指長(zhǎng)比進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,以明確大連地區(qū)指長(zhǎng)比均值的分布特點(diǎn),為國(guó)內(nèi)開(kāi)展此項(xiàng)研究積累資料。 對(duì)象和方法:知情同意原則下,在2008年9月至2009年4月期間,隨機(jī)抽取就診于大連市第二人民醫(yī)院的大連市內(nèi)430(男220,女210)名健康漢族成人,采用人體測(cè)量學(xué)方法測(cè)量了其左右手第2-5指長(zhǎng)度(掌側(cè)),并計(jì)算各手指間的指長(zhǎng)比值,并作性別差異和地區(qū)差異比較。 結(jié)果: 1.指長(zhǎng):大連漢族群體第2-5手指長(zhǎng)平均值左右側(cè)男性分別為71.1、71.0,79.0、78.8,73.7、73.6,59.0、59.0;女性分別為66.9、67.0,73.8、73.8,68.5、68.7,54.7、54.8。大連漢族群體與鞍山漢族成人、遼寧漢族青年和新疆維吾爾族青年男女性各指長(zhǎng)均有差異。 2.指長(zhǎng)比:大連漢族群體2D:3D、2D:4D、2D:5D、3D:4D、3D:5D、4D:5D值左右側(cè)男性分別為0.8995、0.9011,0.9650、0.9659,1.2074、1.2063,1.0731、1.0722,1.3431、1.3394,1.2522、1.2499;女性分別為0.9065、0.9079,0.9766、0.9753,1.2230、1.2226,1.0781、1.0754,1.3527、1.3502,1.2551、1.2558。男女性均表現(xiàn)為3D:5D4D:5D2D:5D3D:4D 2D:4D2D:3D。 3.左右差:同性別各手指長(zhǎng)及各指長(zhǎng)比左右側(cè)間均無(wú)顯著性差異(P0.05)。 4.性差:左右手各指長(zhǎng)男女性間均有顯著性差異(P0.05);左右手指長(zhǎng)比均值女性高于男性,并且2D:3D、2D:4D和2D:5D有顯著性差異(P0.05)。 5.2D:4D的百分比分布:男女性的左右手都以2D4D占主導(dǎo),2D4D次之,2D=4D最少。但2D4D的百分比女性明顯大于男性。 6.2D:4D地區(qū)差:大連漢族群體男女性均表現(xiàn)為低指長(zhǎng)比,明顯低于英袼蘭、英國(guó)利物浦、匈牙利、波蘭和西班牙,高于其他國(guó)家及地區(qū)或民族。 結(jié)論:大連漢族群體指長(zhǎng)和指長(zhǎng)比有其獨(dú)特性,并且在性別間存在差異。2D:4D具有明顯的性別差異和地區(qū)差異。
[Abstract]:Objective: foreign scholars have shown that the ratio of length to sex, race and geographical differences, with individual aggressive behavior, sports and musical talent, HIV susceptibility, myocardial infarction, breast cancer, sperm count,Schizophrenia and homosexuality are related, but there are few studies in China, so this paper uses the method of direct measurement to investigate and analyze the finger length and finger length ratio of the adult population of the Han nationality in Dalian area, in order to clarify the distribution characteristics of the average finger length ratio in Dalian area.To accumulate data for domestic research.Participants and methods: during the period from September 2008 to April 2009, 430 healthy Han Chinese adults (220 males and 210 females) were randomly selected from Dalian second people's Hospital, Dalian City, under the principle of informed consent.The length of 2-5 fingers of the left and right hand was measured by anthropometric method, and the ratio of finger length between the fingers was calculated, and the sex and regional differences were compared.Results:1.Finger length: the average length of fingers in the Han population of Dalian was 71.1 / 71.0 / 71.0 / 79.0 / 73.73.7/ 73.6/ 59.0in Dalian Han nationality, respectively, and 66.9/ 73.8/ 73.8/ 73.8/ 68.74.7/ 54.8in women respectively.There were differences between Dalian Han nationality and Anshan Han adults, Liaoning Han youth and Xinjiang Uygur youth.2.Both sexes were 3D:5D4D:5D2D:5D3D:4D 2D: 4D2D: 3D.3.The difference between left and right: there was no significant difference of finger length and finger length between left and right of the same sex (P 0.05).4.Sex difference: there was significant difference between male and female in the length of left and right fingers (P 0.05), and the average length ratio of left and right fingers in female was higher than that in male, and there was significant difference between 2D: 3D: 2D: 4D and 2D:5D (P 0.05).The percentage distribution of 5.2D:4D: 2D4D was the dominant 2D 4D in male and female, and 2D 4D was the least in male and female.But the percentage of 2D4D in women was significantly higher than in men.The difference of 6.2D:4D area: the male and female of Dalian Han nationality showed low index and long ratio, which was obviously lower than that of England, England, Liverpool, Hungary, Poland and Spain, and higher than that of other countries or nationalities.Conclusion: the index length and finger length ratio of Dalian Han population have their own characteristics, and there are obvious gender differences and regional differences between sexes.
