【摘要】：目的：探討分析眼針結(jié)合偏振光照射治療中風(fēng)后肩手綜合征的療效，為中風(fēng)后肩手綜合征臨床治療提供參考。 方法：從遼寧中醫(yī)康復(fù)中心病房住院患者中選取60例符合入選標(biāo)準(zhǔn)患者，按照就診順序隨機分成2組，每組30例。對照組予偏振光照射治療，治療組予眼針聯(lián)合偏振光照射治療，兩組患者在治療過程中均配合良肢位擺放、運動療法治療，且治療時間相同。4周后根據(jù)肩手綜合征療效標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及病人的VAS評分、Fugl一Meyer上肢運動評分、MBI評分對兩組患者進行療效評估，應(yīng)用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS17.0對兩組數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計分析，評定治療結(jié)果，比較兩組療效差異。 結(jié)果：兩組患者的性別、年齡、病程及治療前VAS評分、Fugl一Meyer上肢運動評分及MBI評分經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析，差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)，兩組患者具有可比性。療程結(jié)束后，兩組患者肩手綜合征療效比較，，治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)，兩組患者VAS評分、Fugl一Meyer上肢運動評分及MBI評分較治療前均有明顯改善(P0.01)，且治療組改善程度明顯優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。 結(jié)論： 1、偏振光照射與眼針結(jié)合偏振光照射均可以提高中風(fēng)后肩手綜合征臨床療效，減輕肩痛，改善患側(cè)上肢運動功能，提高日常生活質(zhì)量。 2、眼針結(jié)合偏振光照射治療療效明顯優(yōu)于偏振光照射治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the therapeutic effect of eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation on shoulder hand syndrome after stroke and to provide reference for clinical treatment of shoulder hand syndrome after stroke. Methods: 60 inpatients in Liaoning traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Center were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups (30 cases in each group). The control group was treated with polarized light irradiation, the treatment group was treated with eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation. The patients in both groups were treated with good limb placement and exercise therapy during the course of treatment. After the same treatment time, the two groups were evaluated according to the standard of curative effect of shoulder and hand syndrome and the VAS score of Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor score. The statistical software SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data of the two groups. The results of treatment were evaluated and the difference of curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results: there was no significant difference in sex, age, course of disease and VAS score of Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor score and MBI score between the two groups (P0.05). After the course of treatment, two groups of patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were compared with each other. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P0.05). The VAS score and the MBI score of the upper limb of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those of the control group (P0.01), and the improvement degree of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: 1. Polarized light irradiation and eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation can improve the clinical efficacy of shoulder and hand syndrome after stroke, alleviate shoulder pain, and improve the motor function of the affected upper limb. 2. The curative effect of eye acupuncture combined with polarized light irradiation was better than that of polarized light irradiation.
