【摘要】：目的 分析上海市徐匯區(qū)1995—2012年不同亞型腦卒中所致的減壽年數(shù)(YLL)和傷殘調(diào)整壽命年(DALY),為腦卒中防控工作提供依據(jù)。方法 采用徐匯區(qū)死因監(jiān)測系統(tǒng)中1995—2012年戶籍死亡資料,用直接法計算YLL,用間接法計算殘損年數(shù)(YLD)及DALY。結(jié)果 缺血性和出血性腦卒中每千人損失YLL呈逐年下降趨勢,男性大于女性。包含腦卒中后遺癥的腦卒中患者每千人口損失7.53個DALY,不包含腦卒中后遺癥為5.51個DALY,男性均大于女性,男性腦血管后遺癥死亡造成的DALY略有上升。結(jié)論 徐匯區(qū)腦卒中疾病負(fù)擔(dān)較全球平均水平為低,患者直接死于腦卒中的風(fēng)險在降低,但是患病后的死亡風(fēng)險應(yīng)該加以重視,積極采取防治措施遏制其上升趨勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the years of life loss (YLL) and disability adjusted life span (DALY) caused by different subtypes of stroke in Xuhui District of Shanghai from 1995 to 2012. Methods the data of household register death from 1995 to 2012 in Xuhui district were used to calculate YLL directly. Indirect method was used to calculate the number of damaged years (YLDD) and DALY.Results YLL per thousand people lost in ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke showed a decreasing trend year by year. There were 7.53 DALYs in stroke patients with stroke sequelae and 5.51 Daly without stroke sequelae. Conclusion the burden of stroke in Xuhui District is lower than the global average, and the risk of patients dying directly from stroke is decreasing. But the risk of death after illness should be paid attention to and preventive measures should be taken to curb its rising trend.
