【摘要】：患兒女,5歲4個(gè)月。頭頂部皮疹5年余。臨床表現(xiàn)為頭頂蠶豆大小質(zhì)軟結(jié)痂性斑塊。皮損組織病理示:與表皮相連的細(xì)胞向下凹陷形成巨大囊腔,囊腔與外界相通,其內(nèi)可見乳頭狀絨毛,細(xì)胞團(tuán)塊下可見較多擴(kuò)張汗腺導(dǎo)管。向囊腔內(nèi)凸起的乳頭由兩層細(xì)胞構(gòu)成,外側(cè)為單層柱狀上皮細(xì)胞,可見斷頭分泌;內(nèi)層由單層立方上皮構(gòu)成,乳頭間質(zhì)豐富,有較多漿細(xì)胞。診斷:乳頭狀汗管囊腺瘤。
[Abstract]:The patient was 5 years old and 4 months old and had a skin rash at the top of the head for more than 5 years. The clinical manifestation was broad bean soft scabbing plaques. The pathological findings of the lesions showed that the cells connected with the epidermis formed a huge cystic cavity, which was connected with the outside world. The papillary villi were seen inside, and more dilated sweat ducts could be seen under the lumps of cells. The papilla protruding into the capsule was composed of two layers of cells, with a single layer of columnar epithelial cells on the outside, and a severed head; the inner layer was composed of a single layer of cubic epithelium. The papillary stroma is abundant with more plasma cells. Diagnosis: papillary sweat duct cystadenoma.
