基于腸道微生態(tài)探討黃連素在代謝性疾病中的抗炎作用(英文)

腸道菌群與能量代謝密切相關(guān),其組成和代謝紊亂可通過(guò)多種途徑導(dǎo)致胰島素抵抗、肥胖和2型糖尿病.黃連素因具有減重、降糖、調(diào)脂等作用被廣泛用于肥胖、2型糖尿病及非酒精性脂肪性肝病等代謝性疾病的輔助治療.研究表明,黃連素可調(diào)節(jié)腸道菌群的組成和代謝,改善腸道微生態(tài)環(huán)境,從而改善胰島素抵抗和代謝.本文綜述了黃連素通過(guò)腸道菌群-炎癥軸在干預(yù)代謝性疾病的研究進(jìn)展,以期為代謝性疾病的治療尋找新的策略,并為今后該領(lǐng)域的深入研究提供指導(dǎo)意義.
