【摘要】：目的檢測(cè)橋本甲狀腺炎患者血清中白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-12、IL-17、-23和單核細(xì)胞趨化蛋白(MCP)-1的表達(dá),探討其臨床意義。方法確診為橋本甲狀腺炎患者的血清標(biāo)本59例為觀察組,20例經(jīng)體檢證實(shí)為健康成人的血清標(biāo)本為對(duì)照組,應(yīng)用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)檢測(cè)兩組血清中IL-12、IL-17、IL-23和MCP-1的表達(dá)。結(jié)果兩組血清中IL-12、IL-17、IL-23和MCP-1的表達(dá)差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。觀察組中IL-17、IL-23和MCP-1的表達(dá)與鈣化灶密切相關(guān),IL-12的表達(dá)與鈣化灶無明顯相關(guān)性,四者的表達(dá)與纖維化無關(guān)。線性相關(guān)分析顯示觀察組IL-17和IL-23呈正相關(guān),其他指標(biāo)間無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論橋本甲狀腺炎患者血清中IL-12、IL-17、IL-23和MCP-1的表達(dá)升高,對(duì)病變的形成有重要作用。IL-17、IL-23和MCP-1升高可能與鈣化灶的形成有一定關(guān)聯(lián)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to detect the expression of IL-12, IL-17, IL-23 and monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP)-1 in serum of patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis. Methods 59 serum samples from patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis were selected as observation group and 20 healthy adults as control group. The expression of IL-12,IL-17,IL-23 and MCP-1 in serum of the two groups was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results there was significant difference in the expression of IL-12,IL-17,IL-23 and MCP-1 between the two groups (P 0.05). In the observation group, the expression of IL-17,IL-23 and MCP-1 was closely related to calcification, the expression of IL-12 was not significantly correlated with calcification, but the expression of IL-12 was not related to fibrosis. Linear correlation analysis showed that IL-17 and IL-23 were positively correlated in the observation group, but there was no correlation among the other indexes. Conclusion the increased expression of IL-12,IL-17,IL-23 and MCP-1 in serum of patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis plays an important role in the formation of lesions. Il-17, IL / 23 and MCP-1 may be related to the formation of calcification.
