【摘要】：目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)以及糖尿病足(DF)患者血清唾液酸(SA)的變化。方法檢測93例T2DM患者和52例年齡、性別、體重指數(BMI)與之匹配的健康人群SA、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血紅蛋白(Hb A1c)。T2DM患者包括53例單純糖尿病患者以及40例DF患者。同時對40例DF患者和52例健康人(正常對照組,NC組)血清SA繪制受試者工作曲線(ROC)并通過相關分析評價SA的價值。結果通過ROC確定血清SA的臨界值為639.95 mg/L,對應的敏感度為87.5%,特異度為90.38%。DF患者SA明顯高于T2DM組以及NC組(P0.05),且SA同FPG以及Hb A1c呈正相關。結論 SA在T2DM及DF中顯著增加,檢測血清SA對判斷DF有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the changes of serum sialic acid (SA) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and diabetic foot (DF). Methods fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (Hb A1c) was measured in 93 patients with T2DM and 52 healthy people with age, sex and body mass index (BMI). T2 DM patients included 53 patients with simple diabetes mellitus and 40 patients with DF. At the same time, the working curve (ROC) of 40 patients with DF and 52 healthy subjects (normal control group, NC group) was drawn and the value of SA was evaluated by correlation analysis. Results the critical value of serum SA determined by ROC was 639.95 mg/L, and the specificity of SA in 90.38%.DF group was significantly higher than that in T2DM group and NC group (P 0.05). There was a positive correlation between SA and FPG and Hb A1c. Conclusion SA is significantly increased in T2DM and DF. Detection of serum SA is of great significance in judging DF.
