血清鼠科肉瘤病毒癌基因同源物B1蛋白的檢測與類風濕關節(jié)炎

【摘要】:目的:檢測類風濕關節(jié)炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)患者血清中鼠科肉瘤病毒癌基因同源物B1(v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homologue B1,BRAF)蛋白水平,探討該蛋白在RA診斷中的意義。方法:納入RA患者78例、其他風濕病患者96例、健康對照30例,應用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)檢測所有患者血清中BRAF蛋白水平,分析BRAF蛋白與RA患者臨床與實驗室指標的關系。結果:RA患者血清中BRAF蛋白水平明顯高于其他風濕病組(P0.01)及健康對照組(P0.01),BRAF蛋白與類風濕因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)及免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,Ig A)水平呈正相關(P0.01),與其他臨床、實驗室指標及細胞因子無相關性。將RA患者分為BRAF蛋白升高組及正常組,比較兩組之間的差異,結果顯示兩組在臨床及實驗室指標分布上差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論:RA患者血清中BRAF蛋白水平顯著高于其他疾病組及健康對照組,提示BRAF蛋白可能參與RA的發(fā)病過程。
[Abstract]:Aim: to detect the level of mouse sarcomas virus homologue B1 (v-raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homologue B1, BRAF) protein in serum of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatoid arthritis,RA), and to explore the significance of BRAF protein in the diagnosis of RA. Methods: 78 patients with RA, 96 patients with other rheumatism and 30 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. Serum BRAF protein levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA). The relationship between BRAF protein and clinical and laboratory indexes of RA patients was analyzed. Results: the level of BRAF protein in serum of patients with RA was significantly higher than that of other rheumatism groups (P 0.01) and healthy control group (P 0.01). There was a positive correlation between), BRAF protein and rheumatoid factor (rheumatoid factor,RF) and immunoglobulin A (immunoglobulin A, GA). There was no correlation with other clinical, laboratory indexes and cytokines. The patients with RA were divided into BRAF protein elevation group and normal group, and the differences between the two groups were compared. the results showed that there was no significant difference in the distribution of clinical and laboratory indexes between the two groups. Conclusion: the level of BRAF protein in serum of patients with RA is significantly higher than that of other diseases and healthy controls, suggesting that BRAF protein may be involved in the pathogenesis of RA.
