中老年人群骨密度與血鈣、血磷、骨轉(zhuǎn)換指標的關(guān)系

【摘要】:目的探討濟南市366例社區(qū)中老年人群骨密度(BMD)與相關(guān)血生化指標的關(guān)系。方法采用超聲骨密度儀,檢測受試者橈骨遠端BMD,根據(jù)BMD值將研究對象分為正常組和骨質(zhì)疏松(OP)組,抽取患者清晨空腹靜脈血,檢測血清甲狀旁腺激素(PTH)、堿性磷酸酶(ALP)、血鈣和血磷,對BMD值與各項血生化指標進行相關(guān)性分析,比較正常組和OP組血生化指標的差異。結(jié)果中老年人BMD緩慢下降,OP發(fā)生率逐漸升高;60歲以后男、女BMD值下降明顯,60~69歲、70~80歲年齡組女性O(shè)P檢出率明顯高于男性(P0.01)。OP組和正常組的ALP、血磷水平差異顯著(P0.05)。BMD T值與ALP、血磷呈負相關(guān),調(diào)整身高、體重、年齡之后,這些指標與BMD值的偏相關(guān)系數(shù)仍然有顯著意義,其中OP組BMD和ALP以及正常組BMD和血磷的負相關(guān)程度較好(P0.05,P0.01)。結(jié)論 ALP是BMD減少的重要預(yù)測因子,其增加與OP患病風(fēng)險有關(guān),檢測骨代謝相關(guān)指標有助于早期防治OP。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between bone mineral density (BMD) and related blood biochemical indexes in 366 middle-aged and elderly people in Jinan. Methods the distal radius BMD, was measured by ultrasonic bone densitometer. The subjects were divided into normal group and osteoporotic (OP) group according to the value of BMD. fasting venous blood was taken in the morning and serum parathyroid hormone (PTH), was detected. The correlation between serum calcium and phosphorus of alkaline phosphatase (ALP), and various blood biochemical indexes was analyzed, and the difference of blood biochemical indexes between normal group and OP group was compared. Results BMD decreased slowly and the incidence of OP increased gradually in the middle-aged and the elderly.
