【摘要】：精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)是一種預(yù)防和治療疾病的新方法。美國(guó)負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計(jì)"精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)"項(xiàng)目包括糖尿病。糖尿病的發(fā)生發(fā)展以及分型受遺傳和環(huán)境因素的雙重影響,基于基因多態(tài)性研究調(diào)節(jié)血糖藥物基因組學(xué),有助于根據(jù)特定的基因亞型選擇合適的降糖藥物并且調(diào)整藥物劑量,對(duì)于糖尿病患者個(gè)體化用藥、提高療效、減少副反應(yīng)等都具有重要意義。本文基于基因組學(xué)和精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)的理念,對(duì)各類降糖藥物基因組學(xué)研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述,以期為精準(zhǔn)醫(yī)學(xué)在糖尿病領(lǐng)域的實(shí)踐提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Precise medicine is a new method to prevent and treat diseases. The United States is responsible for designing "precision medicine" programs including diabetes. The occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus is influenced by both genetic and environmental factors. The study of regulating blood glucose pharmacogenomics based on gene polymorphism helps to select appropriate hypoglycemic drugs and adjust drug doses according to specific gene subtypes. It is of great significance for individual use of drugs, improvement of curative effect and reduction of side effects in patients with diabetes mellitus. Based on the concepts of genomics and precision medicine, this paper reviews the advances in genomics of various hypoglycemic drugs in order to provide a theoretical basis for the practice of precision medicine in the field of diabetes.
