【摘要】：糖尿病性視網(wǎng)膜病變(diabetic retinopathy,DR)作為糖尿病最常見的并發(fā)癥,為發(fā)達(dá)國家勞動年齡人口中首要的致盲性眼部疾病之一。諸多研究證實(shí),視網(wǎng)膜多種細(xì)胞上均可發(fā)現(xiàn)促紅細(xì)胞生成素(erythropoietin,EPO)及其受體的表達(dá)。促紅細(xì)胞生成素對早期DR的保護(hù)作用可能使早期成為治療DR的契機(jī)。而對于視網(wǎng)膜血管增生性疾病,EPO對神經(jīng)元損傷的保護(hù)作用,可能會被其可促進(jìn)血管新生的風(fēng)險而抵消。此外全身、長期、大劑量使用EPO會帶來一些副作用。本文討論促紅細(xì)胞生成素與DR的相關(guān)性,研究現(xiàn)狀以及應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Diabetic retinopathy (diabetic retinopathy,DR), as one of the most common complications of diabetes, is one of the leading blindness-causing eye diseases in the working-age population in developed countries. Many studies have confirmed the expression of erythropoietin (erythropoietin,EPO) and its receptor in many retinal cells. The protective effect of erythropoietin on early DR may make the early treatment of DR an opportunity. For retinal angioproliferative diseases, the protective effect of EPO on neuronal damage may be offset by the risk that it can promote angiogenesis. In addition, systemic, long-term, large doses of EPO can bring some side effects. In this paper, the relationship between erythropoietin and DR was discussed, and the research status and application prospect were also discussed.
