Nrf2-ARE信號(hào)通路在百草枯中毒中的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:百草枯(PQ)中毒是一個(gè)世界性難題,中毒后的死亡率高達(dá)50%~80%,迄今為止尚無特效解毒藥。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)氧化應(yīng)激反應(yīng)在PQ中毒中起非常重要的作用,而近年來Nrf2-ARE信號(hào)通路作為抗氧化研究領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn),該信號(hào)通路可啟動(dòng)多種抗氧化基因及下游Ⅱ相解毒酶的轉(zhuǎn)錄,減少活性氧(ROS)的產(chǎn)生,可進(jìn)一步減輕PQ導(dǎo)致的臟器損傷,該信號(hào)通路在PQ中毒和治療中的作用受到關(guān)注。本文作者將對(duì)Nrf2-ARE信號(hào)通路在PQ中毒中的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Paraquat (PQ) poisoning is a worldwide problem, the mortality rate after poisoning is as high as 50% / 80%, so far there is no specific antidote. It has been found that oxidative stress response plays an important role in PQ poisoning. In recent years, Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway, as a hot spot in the field of antioxidant research, can initiate transcription of many antioxidant genes and downstream phase II detoxifying enzymes. Reducing the production of reactive oxygen species (Ros) (ROS) can further reduce the organ damage caused by PQ. The role of this signaling pathway in PQ poisoning and therapy has been paid attention to. This paper reviews the research progress of Nrf2-ARE signaling pathway in PQ poisoning.
