【摘要】：正中性粒細(xì)胞作為人體固有免疫系統(tǒng)的哨兵,在血液的非特異性細(xì)胞免疫系統(tǒng)中起著十分重要的作用,它們由骨髓分化發(fā)育成熟后,進(jìn)入血液或組織,當(dāng)微生物病原體特別是化膿性細(xì)菌入侵、炎癥發(fā)生時(shí),在多種炎癥和細(xì)胞因子的介導(dǎo)下,它們便會(huì)被迅速招募并趨化至炎癥部位,通過(guò)分泌細(xì)胞因子、脫顆
[Abstract]:As sentinels of the innate immune system of the human body, the neutrophils play a very important role in the non-specific cellular immune system of the blood. After the differentiation and maturation of the bone marrow, they enter the blood or tissue. When microbial pathogens, especially suppurative bacteria, invade, and inflammation occurs, they are rapidly recruited and chemotactic to inflammatory sites through the secretion of cytokines and demineralization, mediated by a variety of inflammatory and cytokine mediations.
