【摘要】:正復(fù)旦大學(xué)吳曉暉課題組利用piggy Bac轉(zhuǎn)座子插入突變小鼠資源,發(fā)現(xiàn)了G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體GPR45在肥胖發(fā)生發(fā)展中的重要作用,并闡明了GPR45調(diào)控阿黑皮素原(POMC)表達(dá)及機(jī)體能量代謝的分子機(jī)制。相關(guān)成果日前發(fā)表于《臨床研究雜志》。研究人員利用piggy Bac轉(zhuǎn)座子插入誘變小鼠資源篩選體重和體脂含量異常的基因突變,從408個(gè)基因突變品
[Abstract]:Wu Xiaohui of ZhengFudan University used piggy Bac transposons to insert mutated mouse resources, and found that G protein-coupled receptor GPR45 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of obesity. The molecular mechanism of the regulation of pro-(POMC) expression and energy metabolism by GPR45 was also elucidated. The results were published in the Journal of Clinical Research. The researchers used piggy Bac transposon insertion mutagenesis resources to screen gene mutations with abnormal body weight and body fat content from 408 mutants.
