【摘要】：目的探討血必凈注射液(紅花、丹參、赤芍等)對(duì)重度急性有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥中毒患者血清C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)及白細(xì)胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影響。方法選擇2014年1月—2016年3月間我院急診科收治的72例重度急性有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥中毒患者,隨機(jī)分為2組,對(duì)照組給予阿托品、氯磷定及常規(guī)治療,觀察組聯(lián)用血必凈注射液,比較2組血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平的動(dòng)態(tài)變化以及臨床療效。結(jié)果 2組血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平在治療前、3 d后、7 d后依次下降;觀察組血清CRP、TNF-α及IL-6水平均明顯低于對(duì)照組;觀察組阿托品用量、膽堿酯酶活性恢復(fù)60%時(shí)間及住院時(shí)間均明顯少于對(duì)照組,反跳發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組;觀察組急性呼吸窘迫綜合征發(fā)生率明顯低于對(duì)照組。以上差異都有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論血必凈注射液治療重度急性有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥中毒患者時(shí),可有效抑制炎癥反應(yīng),減少并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率,縮短病程,改善臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of Xuebijing injection (safflower, salvia miltiorrhiza, Radix Paeoniae rubra, etc.) on serum C-reactive protein (CRP), in patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning Effect of tumor necrosis factor-偽 (TNF- 偽) and interleukin-6 (IL-6) levels. Methods from January 2014 to March 2016, 72 patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with atropine, chlorophosphoridine and routine therapy, and the observation group was treated with Xuebijing injection. The dynamic changes of serum CRP,TNF- 偽 and IL-6 levels and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results the levels of serum CRP,TNF- 偽 and IL-6 in the two groups decreased successively before treatment, 3 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment, and the levels of serum CRP,TNF- 偽 and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The dosage of atropine, the time of recovery of cholinesterase activity and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, the incidence of rebound was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of acute respiratory distress syndrome in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The above differences were statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion Xuebijing injection can effectively inhibit inflammatory reaction, reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the course of disease and improve the clinical efficacy when treating patients with severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
