【摘要】：目的以美國老年人資源與服務(wù)量表(OARS)中的多維功能評(píng)價(jià)問卷(MFAQ)為母版,進(jìn)行改編,并檢測(cè)其信效度,最終形成方便實(shí)用的老年人多維健康功能評(píng)價(jià)量表(MHACS)。方法 2014年3~6月采用分層隨機(jī)抽樣,運(yùn)用MHACS,對(duì)939名社區(qū)老年人進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 Cronbachα系數(shù)為0.86,分半信度為0.66,重測(cè)信度為0.69;條目相關(guān)性分析結(jié)果顯示所有條目-總分均有顯著性相關(guān)(P0.01),條目水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(I-CVI)為0.82~1.00,量表水平的內(nèi)容效度指數(shù)(I-CVI)即全體一致性I-CVI(S-CVI/UA)為0.86、平均S-CVI(S-CVI/Ave)為0.95;經(jīng)探索性因子分析(EFA)得到五因子結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,各條目共同度為0.49~0.87,累計(jì)方差貢獻(xiàn)率為66.87%,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證性因子分析(CFA),擬合優(yōu)度指數(shù)(GFI)、調(diào)整后適配度指數(shù)(AGFI)均0.90,漸進(jìn)殘差均方和平方根(RMSEA)0.08。結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型中非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化回歸系數(shù)分別為0.82~1.25、0.64~0.93。結(jié)論 MHACS量表信效度良好,可用于評(píng)價(jià)中國老年人多維健康功能狀況。
[Abstract]:Objective to adapt and test the reliability and validity of the Multidimensional function Evaluation questionnaire (MFAQ) in the American elderly Resources and Services scale (OARS), and to form a convenient and practical Multidimensional Health function Evaluation scale (MHACS).) for the elderly. Methods A total of 939 elderly people in the community were investigated by stratified random sampling and MHACS, from March to June 2014. Results the Cronbach 偽 coefficient was 0.86, the split-half reliability was 0.66, and the test-retest reliability was 0.69. The results of item correlation analysis showed that all item-total scores were significantly correlated (P0. 01), and the content validity index (I-CVI) of item level was 0. 82 鹵1. 00, The content validity index (I-CVI) of the scale level was 0.86, and the average S-CVI (S-CVI/Ave) was 0.95, that is, the whole consistency I-CVI (S-CVI/UA) was 0.86; By exploratory factor analysis (EFA), a five-factor structural equation model was obtained. The common degree of each entry was 0.49 ~ 0.87, and the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 66.87. The model was tested by confirmatory factor analysis, (CFA), goodness of fit index (GFI),). The adjusted fitness index (AGFI) was 0.90, progressive residual mean square (RMS) and square root (RMSEA) (RMSEA) 0.08. The non-standardized and normalized regression coefficients of the structural equation model are 0.82 ~ 1.25 ~ 0.64 ~ 0.93, respectively. Conclusion the reliability and validity of MHACS scale are good and can be used to evaluate the multi-dimensional health function of the elderly in China.
