【摘要】：目的分析甘肅裕固族成人骨強度和體成分隨年齡變化特征并探討骨強度與體成分的相關(guān)性。方法2015年7月至2016年8月選取甘肅省肅南裕固族自治縣成人725例(男性354例,女性371例),年齡20~86歲,采用超聲骨密度儀和生物電阻抗分析儀,分別測量跟骨骨強度及體成分指標(biāo)。結(jié)果甘肅裕固族成年男性骨強度在20~29歲低于女性(P0.05),50歲后高于女性(P0.01);男性各年齡段的肌肉量均高于女性(P0.01);各年齡段的總脂肪量、皮下脂肪含量均低于女性(P0.01);內(nèi)臟脂肪含量僅在20~29歲及70歲后低于女性(P0.01)。男女骨強度分別在30~39歲和20~29歲達(dá)峰值、50~59歲和40~49歲開始較前出現(xiàn)差異(P0.05),男性在70歲后和女性在50歲后骨強度低于之前各年齡組(P0.01)。男性軀干及四肢肌肉量均在40~49歲及60~69歲呈現(xiàn)雙峰,女性軀干及四肢肌肉量均在40~49歲達(dá)峰值。甘肅裕固族成年身體各部位的脂肪含量變化同步,男女性分別在60~69歲和50~59歲達(dá)峰值。多元線性逐步回歸分析顯示,骨強度與四肢肌肉量和皮下脂肪量正相關(guān)(P0.01),與內(nèi)臟脂肪量負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01)。結(jié)論隨年齡增長,甘肅裕固族成人身體各部位的同種體成分呈同步變化,女性骨強度較男性下降時間早且速度快。裕固族成人骨強度由肌肉和脂肪共同決定且與其分布部位有關(guān)。裕固族70歲以上男性及50歲以上女性是骨質(zhì)疏松性防治的重點人群;男女性應(yīng)分別從50歲后和40歲后應(yīng)加強肢體鍛煉、增加四肢肌肉量、控制內(nèi)臟脂肪,預(yù)防骨質(zhì)疏松。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes of bone strength and body composition with age and to explore the correlation between bone strength and body composition in Yugur adults in Gansu province. Methods from July 2015 to August 2016, 725 adults (354 males and 371 females), aged 20 to 86 years, were selected from Yugur Autonomous County, Sunan, Gansu Province. Ultrasound absorptiometry and bioelectrical impedance analyzer were used. Calcaneal bone strength and body composition were measured. Results the bone strength of Yugur adult male was lower than that of female at 20 ~ 29 years old (P0.05) and higher than that of female after 50 years old (P0.01), and the muscle mass of male was higher than that of female (P0.01). The total fat content of each age group was lower than that of the female (P0.01), and the visceral fat content was lower than that of the female at the age of 2029 and 70 (P0.01). The bone strength of male and female reached the peak at 30 ~ 39 years old and 20 ~ 29 years old respectively. There was a difference between 50 ~ 59 years old and 40 ~ 49 years old (P0.05). The bone strength of male after 70 years old and female after 50 years old was lower than that of every age group before (P0.01). Male torso and extremities muscle volume showed double peak at 4049-year-old and 60-69 years old, and female torso and extremity muscle volume peaked at 400-49 years old. The body fat content of Yugur nationality in Gansu changed synchronously, the peak of male and female reached its peak at the age of 6069 and 50 ~ 59, respectively. Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that bone strength was positively correlated with limb muscle and subcutaneous fat (P0.01) and negatively correlated with visceral fat (P0.01). Conclusion with the increase of age, the allogeneic components of Yugur adults in Gansu Province changed synchronously, and the bone strength of females decreased earlier and faster than that of males. Bone strength of Yugur adults is determined by muscle and fat and is related to its distribution. The male and female over 70 years old and over 50 years old are the key people in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis, and the male and female should strengthen the limb exercise, increase the muscle quantity of the limbs, control the visceral fat and prevent the osteoporosis from 50 years old and 40 years old respectively.
