【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者,男,17歲,因"意識(shí)障礙、心肺復(fù)蘇術(shù)后3 h余"入院,上課時(shí)出現(xiàn)頭暈不適,伴惡心,隨即突發(fā)意識(shí)障礙,伴四肢抽搐,口吐白沫,無尿便失禁,旁人就地行胸外心臟按壓,約10 min后急救車到達(dá)現(xiàn)場(chǎng),予持續(xù)胸外心臟按壓及球囊輔助通氣,后轉(zhuǎn)入外院,心電監(jiān)護(hù)示心室顫動(dòng),先后反復(fù)除顫5次,予持續(xù)胸外心臟按壓,氣管插管。查體:血壓測(cè)不出,心電監(jiān)護(hù)示室性心律,約150次/
[Abstract]:The patient, male, 17 years old, was admitted to hospital because of "disturbance of consciousness, more than 3 hours after cardiopulmonary resuscitation". He developed dizziness and discomfort in class, accompanied by nausea, sudden disturbance of consciousness, spasm of limbs, foaming at mouth, anuria, and incontinence. After 10 min, the ambulance arrived at the scene and was given continuous extrathoracic cardiac compression and balloon assisted ventilation, and then transferred to the external hospital. ECG monitoring showed ventricular fibrillation. Five times of repeated defibrillation were given to the patient. Tracheal intubation Physical examination: blood pressure can not be measured, ECG monitoring shows ventricular rhythm, about 150 times
