【摘要】：半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)是半乳糖凝集素家族(Galectins)的核心成員之一,具有多種生物學(xué)功能,如調(diào)節(jié)炎性因子表達(dá)、細(xì)胞增殖、分化、凋亡、黏附及mRNA剪接等。研究表明,Galectin-3對(duì)葡萄糖代謝和脂肪代謝具有重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。但關(guān)于Galectin-3的作用方式和分子機(jī)制卻有不同的研究報(bào)道。論文綜述了Galectin-3的結(jié)構(gòu)特征及其調(diào)控糖脂代謝的作用和分子機(jī)制,以期為肥胖、糖尿病等代謝性疾病的防治提供參考。
[Abstract]:Galactose agglutinin 3 (Galectin-3) is one of the core members of galactose agglutinin family (Galectins). It has many biological functions, such as regulating the expression of inflammatory factors, cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, adhesion and mRNA splicing. Studies have shown that Galectin-3 plays an important role in regulating glucose metabolism and fat metabolism. However, different studies have been reported on the mechanism and mechanism of Galectin-3. This paper reviews the structural characteristics of Galectin-3 and its role and molecular mechanism in regulating glycolipid metabolism in order to provide references for the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
