【摘要】：目的觀察老年哮喘患者外周血T淋巴細胞亞群及Ig E水平變化,并探討其臨床意義。方法選擇老年哮喘患者62例作為對照組,同期體檢健康老年人60例作為對照組。檢測兩組外周血T淋巴細胞亞群和Ig E;比較急性發(fā)作期與緩解期、不同發(fā)作頻率、不同嚴重程度哮喘患者外周血T淋巴細胞亞群及Ig E水平;用Pearson相關分析外周血T淋巴細胞亞群及Ig E水平與哮喘的關系。結果與對照組比較,觀察組CD3~+細胞百分比、CD3~+CD4~+細胞百分比、CD4~+/CD8~+及Ig E水平升高,而CD3~+CD8~+細胞百分比降低(P均0.05);急性發(fā)作期、發(fā)作頻率高、程度嚴重的哮喘患者外周血CD3~+細胞百分比、CD3~+CD4~+細胞百分比、CD4~+/CD8~+及Ig E水平高,CD3~+CD8~+細胞百分比低(P均0.05)。經(jīng)Pearson相關分析結果顯示,CD3~+細胞百分比與哮喘發(fā)作頻率、嚴重程度均呈正相關(r分別為0.612、0.524,P0.05),CD3~+CD4~+細胞百分比與哮喘發(fā)作頻率、嚴重程度均呈正相關(r分別為0.512、0.456,P0.05),CD3~+CD8~+細胞百分比與哮喘發(fā)作頻率、嚴重程度均呈負相關(r分別為-0.562、-0.472,P0.05),CD4~+/CD8~+與哮喘發(fā)作頻率、嚴重程度均呈正相關(r分別為0.489、0.494,P0.05)。外周血Ig E水平與哮喘發(fā)作頻率、嚴重程度呈正相關(r分別為0.632、0.521,P0.05)。結論老年哮喘患者外周血中CD3~+細胞、CD3~+CD4~+細胞、CD4~+/CD8~+、Ig E水平升高,CD3~+CD8~+水平降低;以上指標水平變化與哮喘發(fā)病過程有關。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E levels in peripheral blood of aged asthmatic patients and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Sixty-two aged asthmatic patients were selected as control group and 60 healthy elderly patients as control group. The T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E in peripheral blood of the two groups were detected, and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E were compared between acute attack stage and remission stage, different attack frequency and different severity of asthma. The relationship between T lymphocyte subsets and Ig E levels in peripheral blood and asthma was analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results compared with the control group, the percentage of CD3~ cells, the percentage of CD3~ CD4~ cells, the levels of CD4~ / CD8~ and Ig E increased, but the percentage of CD3~ CD8~ cells decreased in the observation group. The percentage of CD3~ cells, CD3~ CD4~ cells, CD4~ / CD8~ and Ig E levels in peripheral blood of asthmatic patients with high attack frequency and severe severity were higher than those in patients with acute attack (P < 0. 05). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the percentage of CD3~ cells was positively correlated with the frequency and severity of asthma attack (r = 0.612), and the percentage of CD3~ CD4~ cells was positively correlated with the frequency of asthma attack. There was a positive correlation between severity (r = 0.512), and a negative correlation between the percentage of CD3~ CD8~ cells and the frequency of asthma attack and the severity (r = -0.562U -0.472P 0.05), and a negative correlation between the percentage of CD3~ CD8~ cells and the frequency of asthma attack (r = -0.562- 0.472P, respectively). The ratio of CD4~ / CD8~ was positively correlated with the frequency and severity of asthma attack (r = 0.489 鹵0.494 P 0.05). The level of Ig E in peripheral blood was positively correlated with the frequency and severity of asthma attack (r = 0.632 鹵0.521 P 0.05). Conclusion the levels of CD3~ cells, CD3~ CD4~ cells and CD4~ / CD8~, Ig E in peripheral blood of aged asthmatic patients were increased and CD3~ CD8~ levels were decreased, which were related to the pathogenesis of asthma.
